Orders of 192 cans or more, and any pallet order, ship by freight rather than parcel and take about 3 business days to prepare before they leave the warehouse. Once you place the order our team calls you to confirm the delivery details, so the truck arrives somewhere it can actually unload. If you need it faster than that, contact us before ordering and we will see what we can do.

We ship within the contiguous United States only. We cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, Canada, Mexico or any international address, and we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day usually ship the same day; anything later, or on a weekend or holiday, goes out the next business day. Most parcel deliveries arrive within 3-4 business days. Freight orders are prepared in about 3 business days and scheduled on the confirmation call.

Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $50 and every pack on this page is above that, so parcel delivery is included. Freight orders are quoted separately because the cost depends on your delivery ZIP code.

You can return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Contact our team first; once the return is approved, send the product back in its original packaging using a trackable service. See our refund policy for how return shipping is handled. If the mistake was ours, we cover it.
